Activating and Deactivating Your Internet Connection
To deactivate your internet connection, please complete the form next to this page or send us an email at info@sat4u.eu
The connection is always deactivated at the end of the month and must be requested before the 25th of the month. The fee for temporarily pausing the connection is €25. During the months your connection is suspended, you will not pay any monthly subscription fees.
To reactivate your connection, you can also use the form next to this page or send us an email. Activation can take place on any day of the month and is free of charge. Any partial days used within the month will be charged on your next monthly invoice.
Please make sure to submit your reactivation request at least three working days in advance to ensure your connection is restored on time.
